To use Omnia services, you must register for an account and complete KYC verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may use Omnia solely for lawful personal financial transactions including wallet funding, savings, loans, airtime, data, and bill payments. You may not use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activities.
Omnia provides digital financial services through Stalwart Investment Partners Ltd and licensed banking partners. All financial transactions are subject to applicable Nigerian financial regulations and our internal policies.
Certain services may attract fees as disclosed at the time of transaction. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with reasonable notice. All fees are clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction.
Omnia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, subject to applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion with appropriate notice where required by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
