AML/CFT Policy

Version 1.0·Last Updated: 01 June 2026

1. Policy Statement

Omnia, operated by Stalwart Investment Partners Ltd, is committed to full compliance with all applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Financing of Terrorism (CFT) laws and regulations in Nigeria, including the Money Laundering (Prevention and Prohibition) Act 2022.

2. Customer Due Diligence

We conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all customers before providing services. This includes identity verification, address verification, and ongoing monitoring of customer transactions to detect suspicious activity.

3. Transaction Monitoring

We employ automated systems to monitor all transactions in real-time for suspicious patterns. Transactions that exceed certain thresholds or exhibit unusual patterns are flagged for review by our compliance team.

4. Suspicious Activity Reporting

We are legally required to report suspicious transactions to the Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit (NFIU). Our staff are trained to identify and report suspicious activity without tipping off the customer.

5. Record Keeping

We maintain records of all customer identification documents, transaction records, and suspicious activity reports for a minimum of five years as required by Nigerian law.

6. Staff Training

All Omnia staff receive regular training on AML/CFT obligations, red flags for money laundering and terrorist financing, and their reporting responsibilities.

7. Sanctions Screening

We screen all customers and transactions against international sanctions lists, including OFAC, UN, and EU sanctions lists, as well as Nigerian government watchlists.

8. Compliance Officer

Our designated Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) oversees our AML/CFT program. Contact: compliance@omnia-ng.com.
